Thru, the 3 groups that presented they were all well rounded with information and the specific topics that they were suppose to be on in the presentation. Each group was very well spoken and clear through the information that they had to for us. With each presentation you could see how one group gained information and knowledge through one another. Overall, the presentation was a lot of fun to do because it allowed us to add our own information into the presentation, not only did we have to use the textbook to get information about the subject itself, also it allowed for a lot of communication through the group because we all had to use each other's knowledge from each section to make ours better. To start we are going to talk about my group and are presentation on our topic and how I felt we did overall as a group. Our group presentation was on Leadership and Problem Solving which was very fun to work on because how much they correlated w...

Nicole Nunez SPC 1017           To start, I enjoyed listening to all of the presentations from all of the groups. I think they were all very well done and everyone contributed to their part. The first presentation was very good. All of the members of the first group seemed to be prepared for their part. They spoke clearly and at a good pace. Seeing as they were the first group, there was a lot of pressure for every member of the group to do their part well, which they all did. I think when you are the first to present in a group for anything it can be very difficult because you don't want to mess up and get a bad grade. Even though this was the case for the first group, they did not seem nervous at all and everyone did their part very well. Everyone in the group spoke about their part in a detailed manner and made sure to focus on their own part. It was easy to pay attention to the group because they all had their own parts and their presentation flow...

Priscila Velazquez  As a listener to all of the presentations that were given throughout class I was very drawn in by the creativity, thoughtfulness, and inclusivity that each and every group put into their slides. Each group had their own take on the chapters and information that was given in the book. As the first presentation that was given in this class every group put in their part and participated in making the slides and presentation in general look amazing overall. As for the first presentation, they were the first group to present and dove in head first without an example of how it should be done. This showed that they were prepared and had extensive knowledge of the information that was presented. They worked together and had cohesive thoughts that aligned as the slides continued. The work flowed as one even though the work was done by many different people. Their point on intercultural communication educated the class as they talked about points such as diversity, c...

Mya Torres  SPC 1017 Professor Sinkoff  September 23, 2022            Hello class, my name is Mya Torres. I'm graduating Miami Dade College this semester and I want to share my thought process on the first presentation we did. I think the way the class is done is very interesting and works well for me. Especially since the due dates give me a great deal of time to get my assignments done in a timely manner (Especially with my work schedule). The way we're all divided into three groups I really like since initially thought it would be individual for everything. Each groups were assigned a different chapter my group ( group three ) was assigned chapter ten. The other groups one and two were assigned chapter three and chapter nine. Unlike maybe other groups mine had issues on how to separate  the workload amongst ourselves. Which is a big deal is this class since we have to work together to make sure our presentation comes out consistent. One bi...

My View on Each Presentation.    My main goal is to express my views and opinions regarding each group, as well as what I liked and did not like about each group's presentation. Each group presentation featured both good and bad points, explored the subject in its own way, and was delivered in its own special style. I listened to each one, evaluated it, and took away the most significant or useful lesson from it. I acquired some exciting things about each presentation while thoroughly enjoying them. Contrary to common assumptions, I believe that they all put just as much time into creating the PowerPoint as they did into exposing them. For all intents and purposes, the first group addressed issues like gender, general culture, diversity, racism, etc. in a very powerful way. Group number one did a really go...

lizette carbonell       My personal thoughts on group's one presentation, group one was the first group to present with no prior knowledge to the assignment and because they had no reference to go off of, I believe that their  presentation because of that reason is very extraordinary, it's well put has a nice theme to it, the group members where also attentive and and responsive. They show great group participation and coherency, there slides as well where very put together and the theme matched the topic of intercultural communication. I wish the first slide could have shown the group members names. The first slide was very simple and clean it had a man waving and was very welcoming, the second slide about culture and communication as very informative however I think it lacked pictures and more imagery which I believe the assignment was more based about. The slide talked about and defined Culture, Values, Ideal values, Real values, Intercultural...

Yeni Busto My Thoughts      First of all, I essentially want to definitely start by saying that I really for the most part liked each presentation in a subtle way. I mostly feel like we all essentially put as much effort into making the PowerPoint as we did actually expose them afterward, very contrary to popular belief. The number one group for all intents and purposes had topics like racism, gender, ethnicity, culture, etc. in a very major way. From my perspective, I generally feel that if they actually had particularly touched me, it would for the most part have been kind of easier to generally talk about it, or so they really thought. You would really find really much definitely more information since they particularly are quite popular topics today in an actual big way. I really really liked how they used their images and video to kind of convey their words, although I would for the most part have made it a kind of little for all intents and purposes more preci...

Throughout the presentation of group 3 which was the group that I presented in I loved to see how everyone was so involved in writing the most they could and how urgent they were to complete it, everyone began writing their part of the presentation once we understood what we would have to do, Group 3 was a really great group to work with and I believe that we all tried our best to fill in the blanks of information and make sure that the reader or the listeners were understanding what we had to say and saw how thorough we were throughout the project. I believe Lizette did a great job in making sure that everyone did their best and finished their projects on time. Tyler was also very helpful not only in the presentation but behind the scenes. Overall, I think group three understood the group project entirely and did their absolute best to try and execute the plan before we began our presentations. I liked how everyone during their pre...
