  Hello my name is Priscila Velazquez and this is my second blog for this class and this blog will be about gun control. Gun control is a controversial topic and can be triggering to many people and can cause distress while reading. As you read please keep in mind that just because it is a triggering topic it can be very educational to read about it and learn especially from a blog explaining from another persons point of view. Gun control has many sections and can be talked about through many different perspectives much as age, history, or laws. In this blog we will specifically be focusing on age and how it can help to teach young children about guns. Personal Thoughts Yeni Busto There were many positive points made by each group member during the three presentations. The talks were jam-packed with insightful information and fascinating details about each organization that you might not have known. This time, my group (number 3) was the first to present. I believe that considering that we were a much smaller group than the other two, we performed extremely well and gave our best. Despite whether we are all present or not, the group put in a lot of work and worked well together to have all the necessary information. The actual presentation went extremely easily, and I believe we all did a great job concentrating on our own sections. By not having so many people, we were able to extend ourselves more to each one and look for much more information without worrying about leaving others with little information for their part. Hello I am Melany, My thoughts on presentation two on why our elections matter to us in our democracy. There was three groups each with different subtopics. Overall I really liked group twos presentation it was very well organized and put together I also think that all the participants put there all into the slides. I also want to say that I am very impressed with my group which is group 3 I think we did really good for being the smallest group and also the first group to present.              Within the presentation all groups did an extraordinary job, My group which is the third group presented first. The third groups presentation was about why our elections matter in our democracy with the subcategory immigration and law and order. In the beginning Lizette presented, she started off with the table of contents describing who was doing what part of the presentation.  Mya Torres  SPC 1017 Professor Sinkoff  November 15, 2022    Hello, I'm Mya Torres and this is my blog. Currently, this is our second blog and so far the class has been very enjoyable.  I think my classmates put in the work in their projects, which is keeping this class interesting. They really bring it when it comes to having a very aesthetically pleasing PowerPoint.  I also find that the professor does an amazing job of keeping us engaged with interesting project ideas. The project ideas for this time were racial divide & Economy, Education & Health Care, and Immigration & law and order. I actually found my topic very interesting and was happy with how everything came out. I think that everyone outdid themselves by having good information but also not bombarding people either.
